In a Ballet Barre class you will experience a well-balanced, functional body workout combining ballet-inspired moves and exercises with your own body weigth on the ballet bar and on the mat. A program designed to strengthen and lengthen muscles, gain flexibility and improve coordination and balance. Suitable for all ages and levels, graceful or not!
I learned the science-based concept from the wonderful powerladies Sinah and Anja. Focusing especially on having fun while sweating together and the empowerement and growth of the Ladies’ selfconfidence.
